If you want to be a part of the LMVOA mentorship program, this program will provide you with:

• a mentor to be your first point of contact

• opportunities for your mentor to provide you feedback during tournaments to improve your officiating if requested

• opportunities to learn from other mentors during other tournaments

• a group of officials which you can work to share knowledge and opinions

• Extracurricular activities (group bonding through volleyball and non-volleyball related activities)
