What is it about refereeing that you enjoy: The community and teaching younger referees.

Your favourite memory or story: A senior referee stopping play and walking over to the stand to hand out a yellow card to a coach as a R2.

A tough moment you experienced and how you overcame it: 5th set of a tight PacWest match and I called what I believed to be a touch. I was wrong, but I learned to trust the rest of my team to help me out in situations like that.
