LMVOA Team Members

We are a passionate collective of certified referees who love the game so much that we voluntarily trade our whistles for spreadsheets. Driven by a shared dedication to the sport, our team is comprised of the beautiful kind of "crazy" it takes to spend weekends on the field and weeknights managing the complex logistics of multiple events. From brackets and scheduling to volunteer coordination and referee development, we step up behind the scenes to ensure every tournament runs seamlessly. We do it because we believe every athlete deserves a fair, organized, and thrilling competitive stage, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
